2011 RIT Lacrosse Highlights

The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Lacrosse Team, which is an NCAA Division 3 schoo in Rochester, NYl, had a pretty historic season in 2011.  The Tigers went 19-1 with their only loss coming to Tufts in the NCAA D3 Semifinals.  During their 19 game run of wins, RIT knocked off Cortland, Amherst, Denison, Ithaca, Nazareth, RPI, Stevens and Geneseo, and ELEVEN other schools as well.

Well if you missed any of that, and want to get a great feel for how the season went, make sure you check out the 2011 RIT Lacrosse Highlight below.  Lots of goals, takeaway checks, transition, face offs and wins, wins, wins!  The Tigers graduated their goalie and 8 other players, some of whom were MAJOR contributors (Jordan MacIntosh was the 4th overall pick in the NLL draft) so they have some big holes to fill.  Teams will be gunning for RIT in 2012.  So can RIT rebuild quickly?  Or can they just reload?
