Hopkins gets a win right out of the gate. 12-11 in 2OT at Navy. This was an incredible game, and while Hop went up early, Navy battled back to make it close, and almost steal away an early upset. Connor picked Navy as his darkhorse of 2016 for NCAA D1 men’s lacrosse. Looks like a decent pick, huh?

Ryan Brown was unreal, and he shot the lights out all night long. Hopkins lost some guys to injury, but who cares? Hell of a game!

Hot Pot: Face Off Rule Changes Uproar… Again

The last time the NCAA tried to install some college lacrosse face off rule changes, the face off community reacted with a focused passion, and some of the rules (no motorcycle grip for example) were not adopted. Now, the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Rules Committee has provided an updated set of recommended changes, and the face off community has once again mobilized to combat the proposed changes.
