Hot Pot Of Lax: From The Readers

As many (hopefully all) of you know by now, we love getting emails from readers. In fact, @ConnorWilsonLAS and I recently decided to begin measuring our daily success by counting the number of emails sent to info@lacrosseallstars.com each day… This month’s high is 18, but I think you guys can beat that blindfolded once we get past the holidays.

Lately we’ve received photos ranging from LAS Sightings and Photo of the Week nominations to extraordinary glove designs and baffling string jobs. Often times we post these in LAS Facebook albums, but we also do our best to make sure they show up on one of the Lax Network sites as well (exhibit a, exhibit b).

To give you all a feel for the things readers send in daily, below is a selection of items we’ve received lately. Remember, we’re always open.

– The Grow The Game t-shirt photos just keep getting better. We got this one late last night from Ryan Williams. Not only does he have an awesome setup in the background (see heads above closet, video games to his left), he’s repping with pride!

– Nick Weinberg emailed us a bunch of photos of his recent marble dye job. He also dropped us this note on Facebook, which is sure to make Connor’s day:

Expect to see the rest of Nick’s photos on Sweet Sweet Lax soon.

Parker Horvath dropped these photos off on our Facebook page – new glove and arm units for the Verona area high school team in Wisconsin.

Tom Kessler, a 2x All-American at Hofstra, hit us up about a new project he recently founded: My Lacrosse Video Game.

– UC Davis Attackman and LAS Contributor Josh Rottman sent us this photo his mom snapped of him with a Nikon D3S camera + fisheye lens. He calls the photo “Cloning.” I call it “I Want That Camera.”
