Lax Hacks: Ball Burns B Gone

Ever notice those unsightly marks on the inside of your lacrosse head? Those ball burns are a result of friction and appear over time. Sure they add character to your stick but if you’re ever looking to simply erase those dark marks, I’ve got a Lax Hack for you!

The solution for eliminating ball burns is extremely simple! All you’re going to need is a Scotch-Brite pad/sponge, warm water, and a touch of elbow grease.

The process is very straight forward; simply wet the pad/sponge and scrub away at the ball burns until they disappear. It took me all of about a minute and a half to remove the ball burns from both sidewalls. I also took the chance to clean up some excess dirt and grass stains from the head.

Take a look at the results!
