On Saturday, June 20th, over 2.7k fans filtered into Selby Stadium in Delaware, Ohio for the Chesapeake Bayhawks at Ohio Machine regular season Major League Lacrosse match-up.
Bayhawks goalie Tyler Fiorito stood on his head Saturday night, making 23 saves in the overtime victory. It was Ben Rubeor that truly saved the day by punching in the overtime game-winner 23 seconds in to extra play.
No one stood out as notable for the Machine, as not one person exceeded more than two goals in the defeat.
Although the Chesapeake Bayhawks have the week off, the Ohio Machine will be preparing for their game against the Rochester Rattlers on Sunday, June 28th in Sahlen’s Stadium, Rochester, NY.
