Today on the show we have Myles Jones.
Myles is a graduate of Duke University. At Duke, he was a second-team all-American his sophomore year, and a first-team all-American his Junior and Senior year. He also won the Donald MacLaughlin Jr. Award for the Nations top Midfielder as a Junior and Senior. He also won two national championships during his time at Duke.
Myles Jones: Game Changer
Myles Jones was selected first overall in the 2016 MLL draft by the Atlanta Blaze. He now plays for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and is a two-time MLL All-Star.
This is the first time I’ve spoken with Myles. I learned a lot about him during our call and I appreciate the way he approaches playing the game. We got to talk about how he thinks improving weaknesses and becoming a well-rounded player, how he developed as a leader, his training routine, and much more.
