Scott Rodgers: Developing Discipline, Routines and Consistency — GameChanger Podcast

Today on the show we have Scott Rodgers.

Scott is an alumnus of Notre Dame. He was the Most Outstanding Player of the 2010 NCAA Championship. He was a two-time All-American and the 2009 Great Western Lacrosse Player of the Year. He led the nation in goals against in 2009, and was third in 2010.

He was selected tenth overall by the Toronto Nationals in the 2010 MLL draft. He now plays for the Ohio Machine. He was the MVP for the 2016 MLL All-Star game and won an MLL championship during the  2017 season.

Scott and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things, such as developing routines (the one thing he recommends to all goalies), developing discipline, avoiding negativity, setting standards and even the movie Rudy.
