Stick Trick Saturday: Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes

Editor’s note: Welcome back to new season of Stick Trick Saturday thanks to the unyielding support of Wolf Athletics, one of the most innovative lacrosse companies to join our stable of LAS Partners. LAS Insiders save BIG on the Ghost shaft from Wolf. SEASON 2 features a new host, an improved format, and some of the most amazing scenery from today’s up and coming lacrosse towns. We hope you enjoy!

Gather ’round my friends, I’ve got a stick trick that pays homage to the good old days. I call this week’s trick the Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes because we’re going to be stalling the ball all over ourselves!

Bring the ball in softly to the body, head or wherever your going. You don’t want to just throw the ball up and let it hit your head, you should almost be slowing the ball down with the side wall before the ball touches you.

Be gentle my friends, this is a skill of soft hands. Cushion the ball in and rock it out!

The Ghost and I are back along the beautiful Boise River on this glorious Saturday morning, I hope you enjoy the view.
