Stick Trick Saturday: The OTiS

Editor’s note: Welcome back to new season of Stick Trick Saturday thanks to the unyielding support of Wolf Athletics, one of the most innovative lacrosse companies to join our stable of LAS Partners. SEASON 2 features a new host, an improved format, and some of the most amazing scenery from today’s up and coming lacrosse towns. We hope you enjoy!

Thanks for joining us for another Stick Trick Saturday! I’ve got my Ghost shaft in hand and I’m busting out what I like to call “The OTiS” because we are sending the ball over the shoulder, get it?!

It doesn’t matter how many times your drop it and there’s absolutely no shame in tracking the ball from beginning to end when getting started. Once your comfortable, bump the trick up a notch by adding in stalls and waiting to look for the ball until it’s over your head.

Remember, daily repetitions and core strength are as vital to landing a sick stick trick as eye-hand coordination and soft hands. Watch the video all the way through to pick up little pointers and extra steps to building better tricks!
