Six teams have been eliminated as six teams advanced from the CUFLA Baggataway Cup Division Playoffs last week. All three top seeds in both the West and East all advanced, some more easily than others.

The 30th regular season of the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association (CUFLA) is complete, playoff seeds decided and the quest for the Baggataway Cup has begun. Twelve teams are set to begin their pursuit of the league title with division playoff games scheduled for this week.

One week remains in the 2014 CUFLA regular season and much is to be decided. Six teams in each division qualify for the post-season and the battle for those final spots are still up-for-grabs.

Four weeks complete, four weeks to go. CUFLA has reached the midway point of the 2014 regular season in the chase for the Baggataway Cup. In the West, traditional power Brock Badgers (5-0) have separated themselves from the pack while the East Division teams continue to chase McGill (8-0).

Two weeks of play of the 2014 Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association season is in the books as all teams have played at least three games. Defending Baggataway Cup champion Guelph (0-3) have found defending the title a bit tougher than winning, losing their first three games. 2013 was the fourth league championship for the Gryphons, their first since 2008.
