MLL Game Photos: Denver Remains Unbeaten

19 Chasing 270: Kevin Leveille

Kevin Leveille currently has 261 goals in his Major League Lacrosse career. The all-time leading MLL goal scorer is Tim Goettelmann, who currently has 270 goals. Hamilton Bursts By Boston: Hello Playoffs!

The Hamilton Nationals improved to 9-3 on the season, and clinched a spot at Championship Weekend (in Philly on Aug 24-25th), with a 17-12 win over the visiting Boston Cannons this past weekend. Hamilton roared out to a huge first quarter lead, and Boston never caught up, dropping to 5-7 on the year, and in desperate need of a strong run to end the year, if the Cannons want to make the playoffs.

Denver Stays Perfect, Chesapeake Still Challenging

The Bayhawks hit the road this week, hot off Casey Powell’s MLL return and a huge overtime win over Boston, to face the undefeated Denver Outlaws in Mile High Stadium. The game would open with a quick goal from Denver’s Jeremy Sieverts (former Bayhawk) only to be answered equally as quickly by Chesapeake’s Drew Westervelt (former Outlaw).
