Editor’s Note: Welcome back to Tuesday Tie Up from Epoch Lacrosse! Each week, we feature a guest lacrosse personality to help you see how the big guns string their heads. You’re sure to learn a thing or two, so pay attention! We’ll let Epoch take it from here…

Jake McCampbell, co-founder and owner of StringKing Lacrosse joined us to tie upĀ The Hawk with Otter mesh during the ever-busy 2015 LaxCon.

We had the pleasure to film Jake for the second time, but this time around we sat him down right in the heart of #LaxCon.

Jake, as many know, is a veteran when it comes to tying up heads, he has a very precise and efficient style that he is constantly applying to StringKing to help push the envelope in lacrosse development.

Jake got to work tying up a high pocket that he perfected by using uSTRING, which StringKing developed!

He creates a nice high pocket that uses The Hawk’s laid back design. He finishes the string job with 3 shooters that really helps the ball channel smoothly through the pocket.
