Last week we dropped the Double Traditional Tutorial on you guys, and asked you to send in Reader Submissions! We have already received a couple of submissions and these pockets are looking amazing!

Double Traditional Reader Submissions

First up we have Luke Parker, from Nova Scotia!

I met Luke in Prague 3 years ago, and we’ve been friends ever since. Last year I joined the Nova Scotia Privateers in Prague and Luke and I spent plenty of time talking pockets, both mesh and traditional. Mr. Parker strings a mean stick, and his box pinched mesh pockets are definitely something special!

Luke’s work with leather and cross lace is also on point, as you can see below:

Here is a shot of the back of the head as well, for more perspective:

But Luke isn’t the only guy out there who is stringing up Double Traditional pockets! We love the all white look on black leathers, but can we see a two-tone? Sure we can, and Hugh Fiery from North Carolina delivered!

Hugh is a traditional fanatic, and he strings a great looking stick! Here is Mr. Fiery’s Double Traditional pocket:

And here is a shot of the ball sitting in the middle of the pocket, AKA its “happy place”:

Trameshional Tradmesh Stringing Tutorial

A couple of months back, we put up a couple of tradmesh pockets photos on Instagram that I dubbed Trameshional. Perhaps that name is stupid, but I'd never seen this variation of tradmesh done before, even though I'm sure it has been. People asked for a tutorial, I took my sweet time in making one, and now it's here.
