The TRUE Frequency line of Lacrosse Heads features triangle shaped side wall rails, with inverted cut outs to reduce weight and increase strength. The innovative triangle geometry throughout the lightweight head ensures optimal strength and stiffness while giving players a real feel for the ball. TRUE engineers and flow analysts have fine-tuned the sidewall and scoop angles to work in unison for perfect pocket placement, hold and ball release for any style of play.

TRUE Frequency Gloves
The Frequency Glove builds the latest protection technologies into a low-profile design with advanced comfort and dexterity for the ultimate in feel, control and protection.
TRUE’s dual density cross-linked EVA foam with plastic dispersion inserts provide maximum protection, shock absorption and flexibility. Anatomically correct pad breaks and a 4-piece cuff system for wrist protection ensures the maximum flex and range of motion. The wrap-around thumb padding adds extra protection.

Compression molded, lightweight cross-linked EVA foam panels provide added sternum, shoulder and spine protection. Pads feature adjustable top clavicles and adjustable, removable arm protection with both lateral and bilateral adjustment options. Micro level adjustments with durability engineered Velcro attachment straps and expandable body straps ensure a custom fit.

The Frequency Arm & Elbow Pads anatomical fit system is contoured to the shape of the arm for a natural feel and full range of motion. Perforated Vinyl Nitrile attached to our full-length bilateral sleeve adjustment produces the best fit, feel and flexibility with maximum shock attenuation.
