I think the unanimous answer to that question is… YES! PLEASE! SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!
The 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship is rapidly approaching and there is no better time to raise awareness for our great game than by breaking into the mainstream with a lacrosse emoji in the iPhone collection.
Not only will lacrosse fans be able to represent their love for the game with a tiny pixelated cartoon, but anyone keeping tabs on Apple updates will get a quick exposure to the sport and we think it has the global popularity to get it there.
Now let’s be real here, there’s at least 10 symbols representing trains and another 3 just to represent some sort of gondola system, if lacrosse can’t sneak into the list in 2015, I’ll be at a loss for words.
