Box Lacrosse In Central Pennsylvania

As the game of box lacrosse continues to expand and grow in popularity in the US, we’re always looking for new start up leagues to shine a little light on. We started the box league in NYC and run it still, we love what Randy Fraser and his crew are doing in Boston, we’ve played in South Florida, and are even trying to get some box lacrosse going in Boise, ID!

So when we heard about box lacrosse in LeMoyne, PA, located near York and Harrisburg, we had to learn a little more!

Eric Force, box goalie extraordinaire, had this to say:

Matt Healey and Bob Miller run an outdoor summer league, through Harrisburg Lacrosse (www.harrisburglacrosse.com), but wanted to start the box revolution in Central PA, so they started an indoor league! There are three teams, from the Harrisburg area to York, and we play two games a night. Games are (2) 17 minute halves. The league runs from January 10th through March 7th, at the Susquehanna Sports Center.

Grow the Game! Well done, fellas, and keep up the great work.
