Lacrosse game spoiled when cops show up

June 12, 2010, FRIENDSWOOD – Two Friendswood teens were arrested when they were found inside Bales Intermediate School early Saturday morning.
Police responded to an alarm at the school at 2:31 in the morning and found the pair in a room at the school playing Lacrosse. One of the teens ran but was later located at his friend’s home.
Thomas O’Farrell, 17, and Joseph Naymik, 17, were charged with Criminal Trespass. Both are held on $1,000 bond each pending transfer to the Galveston County jail.
Allen Bryant is the Princeton Packet Boys Lacrosse Player of the Year
Bryant, the senior midfielder who started his final three years for PHS, was a player that no opponent or fan could take their eyes off. It started with every faceoff. Against Ramapo in the Group II state semifinals, Bryant scored the first four of the game — the first five for PHS.
”After that,” Stanton said, “they made a really big effort to not let him score again. He had four assists. It’s that understanding of the game of taking what’s there for you, and using your teammates, that’s developed.”
