How Does US Lacrosse Grow The Game?

As the World Indoor Lacrosse Championship 2015 moves even closer, we ask each nation exactly how they Grow The Game on home soil. These interviews reveal how each of the WILC nations work to not only grow the strengths of their national team, but how they are working to grow lacrosse throughout their country.

With just weeks left until WILC 2015, how can we not look at the largest lacrosse governing-body, US Lacrosse? We asked organizer Brian Logue to briefly share his experiences with the growth of the game in the United States, and the steps US Lacrosse is taking to continue making an impact.

LAS: How would you describe the lacrosse scene and the growth of the game in the United States?

Logue: Lacrosse has been growing steadily in the U.S. for years and in 2014 there were nearly 775,000 people playing the sport in the United States alone.
