In one of the most competitive conference’s in the entire MCLA, Oregon secured their spot in Denver with a win over rival Simon Fraser at the PNCLL tournament held in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Claude Lyneis (of BHSvideodad fame) was there with his always spectacular game recap.

    • I agree that BHSvideodad is the best there is, but the real reason for the exposure is blogs posting the videos (its helps Oregon lax to have a strong Oregon backed blog). For example, BHSvideodad's vimeo protege Scott Cook (http://vimeo.com/user901744) throws up some great footage from those games that get ZERO play on the blogs because they are Claremont not Oregon based videos. I was shocked to see that the Idaho Lax blogger didnt even put up some of the highlights from that loss to Claremont.

Look out for BHSvideodad's sage filming advise in the comments

      • SLClax: Definitely helps to have the Oregon connection (not going to pretend otherwise) but we love highlighting video recaps regardless of any personal biases our writers have. We would love to highlight any and all Claremont footage for future games and often times it helps best to contact us directly.

Feel free to follow up with me at ryan@lacrosseallstars.com and we can talk more if you're interested.

      • The blogs really help get the word out. Also I put up a message on Collegelax.us and have an email list. Scott needs to advertise. I am the only one who ever comments on the lax vimeo videos. The Duck video profile is mainly from videos I have put up over the years. I love to get comments on them to see what people are thinking.
