2017 LASNAI Schedule Announced!

Late last week we dropped the list of the 21 teams coming to play in the 2017 LASNAI, this past weekend we announced the pool groups, and now we have the 2017 LASNAI Schedule out and ready for consumption! It’s been a big week of news for the LASNAI, and it’s not even close to ending.

The HUGE announcements just keep rolling in! See below for a TON of info!

In case you missed the LIVE pool group draw, it was held in Radotin (Czech Republic) at the Frank Menschner Cup. LCC Radotin is once again playing in the LASNAI, and since our tourney structure is based on their world-renowned Ales Hrebesky Memorial structure, we were truly honored to have them host the pool draw!

We love it when the box lacrosse community comes together!

2017 Presenting Sponsor – NIKE!

This year the North American Invitational is Presented by Nike!

On top of presenting the tournament, Nike has stepped up even further, and is sponsoring the entire Deyhontsigwa’ehs Lacrosse Weekend! That includes the LASNAI tournament, the Wooden Lacrosse Stick Festival (FREE, runs Sept 28-30th on the Onondaga Nation Fieldhouse outdoors fields) AND the Syracuse-Iroquois-Israel scrimmages that will take place on Sunday at SU’s Carrier Dome!

We will have ticket links for the SU games soon! We will also have daily passes to the LASNAI available for sale at the door each day. If you want to buy a ticket to the event NOW, you can, via a full event pass, which covers all 3 days of the LASNAI, and only costs $25. 63 top level box lacrosse games for only $25? That’s less than 40 cents per game! This is the sports BARGAIN of the century!

Purchase LASNAI Event Passes HERE.

Day passes will be available at the door each day for $15, and Kids (10 & under) get in for only $5.

2017 LASNAI Schedule

Now that you know who is playing who in the groups, and you saw how it was all drawn out, it’s time to announce the 2017 LASNAI Schedule game times, and show each team their possible path to the championship!

Since we have expanded to 21 teams, but retained our 3 day tourney format, we will be playing a few games each day on the historic and legendary outdoor box, adjacent to the Onondaga Nation Fieldhouse. The outdoor box is being fixed up, and is going to provide another amazing and unique experience for our players. We’re VERY excited about the development and growth! Each and every group listed above is in the game for the right reasons, and we are so proud and thankful that they want to be involved in our event. As I said above, it means a lot when the community really comes together to do something special!

Doing Some Good In The World

Seeing as the tournament has grown this year, we thought it was very important to step up our efforts once again in Growing The Game. This year, we will be asking players, fans, sponsors, and anyone else who want to get involved to gift sticks to the LASNAI gear drive, so that we can provide these sticks to some programs and kids, who are very much in need.

We have already lined up stick donations to programs in Brooklyn, NY, Denmark, the Czech Republic, and locally on the Onondaga Nation. We want every kid out there to have access to this wonderful game we all love, and we believe that putting sticks in their hands via strong local programs is the way to go!

If you’re coming up, bring a stick (or two or three!) that you no longer use, but that a child in need would cherish. Any and all stick gifts would be much appreciated!

Video and Media – Bigger, Better, More HD!

This year we’re stepping up our video quality in a MAJOR way. Be prepared to see ALL the indoor games each day in HD, with awesome announcers, and professional level filming! The games will be up on the LaxAllStars YouTube page, so you’ll definitely want to follow along.

Will the games be FREE to watch online? OF COURSE THEY WILL BE!
