First up, we have the captain of the San Diego Seals and PLL Chaos, Brodie Merrill. Brodie is now 38 years old but you wouldn’t be able to tell it from the way he continues to excel at the game. He is also in the opinion of this show the greatest long pole of all time, having the LSM player of the year award in the PLL named after him, even while he is still an active player. We talk about the Seals early struggles, an unusual goaltending situation in the Seals last game, his work at the Hill Academy and reflect back on perhaps the game that meant the most to him, the 2006 ILF World Championship final.
Next up is the guy who is certainly the best goaltender overall in both disciplines, Dillon Ward of the Colorado Mammoth and Denver Outlaws. We talk about the Mammoth’s recent ups and downs, how the #GoalieUnion is sparkling so far this year and everyone having fun with the new trending hashtag, #TradeWard.
