Christopher Hollander, Uncommitted All Star

Although Christopher Hollander is only a 2020, this young defenseman is showing a lot of promise for playing at the next level. At 6’0″, 170 pounds, Chris still has plenty of time and room to grow, but he’s already using his length, speed, and strength to ruin the days of attackmen all over the East Coast. He’s got about ten years of experience under his belt, and he uses it to carve up the competition.

Chris stumbled upon lacrosse when he was just 6, starting to play competitively in the 3rd grade. Developing a strong skill set and a passion for the game simultaneously, Chris earned a role as a five-year club starter and was a freshman starting on varsity. He has played up with 2019s, attended the Under Amour 2020 Uncommitted Game, made the 2017 UA Command NJ Team and a number of All-star teams. Recently, Chris displayed his talents in the Philly Freshman Showcase Fab 40 all-star game.

“I’m a motivated student with passion for lacrosse. Multi-sport athlete who excels through hard work, leadership, and dedication to everything I commit to.”

– Chris

This lengthy defender isn’t just a talent on the field. He’s maintaining an unweighted 4.0 GPA with an Honors and AP level schedule. Somehow he still finds time to serve as a running back, linebacker, and long snapper for the football team. Want to check him out in person? He’ll be making his rounds with Blue Star 2020 North and Hopewell Valley Central High School over the next year. Keep an eye out for this long pole, he’s going to make a name for himself.

Christopher Hollander According To Coach:

“Chris plays with his motor always running and has the ability to use his tall frame, strength and speed to his advantage. He has an excellent work ethic and understands no one is bigger than the TEAM.”
