We talk about team chemistry, the impact a coach like John Tavares will have on a team and how important his eight years with the Victoria Shamrocks were to the development of his career.
Our second guest is the goaltender of the Vancouver Warriors, Eric Penney. Recently the Warriors gave Eric a huge boost of confidence after releasing Aaron Bold made him the clear-cut starter in Vancouver and Penney has rewarded them with perhaps the best two performances of his NLL career.
