Girls lacrosse players graduating 2020-2027 are invited to attend JU Lacrosse Elite Session I at Jacksonville University in Florida, June 24 to June 26. Check out the details below.
Summer Session I is a fun three day camp ideal for experienced elite girls lacrosse players or players who have participated before at the middle school or high school level. Camp focuses on developing skills and lacrosse strategies, strength & conditioning, speed and agility, footwork and team play.
In addition to skills sessions, players compete in many fun small-sided games, competitions, and full-field scrimmages. Campers receive instruction from top-level collegiate coaches and players. Off-field breakout sessions provide opportunities to promote overall knowledge. We will also have a beach session and pool time during the afternoons.
