The Hofstra Pride hosted the University of Michigan on February 15, 2020, walking away with the 12-9 win over the NCAA Big Ten member Wolverines. Ryan Tierney was virtually a one-man wrecking crew against Michigan, having four goals and four assists and accounting for two-thirds of Hofstra’s 12 goals on the day. Ryan Sheridan pitched in a hat trick for the Pride, while Bryce Clay had three goals himself in the losing effort for the Wolverines.
The game was tied at halftime, but Hofstra went outscored Michigan 6-3 in the second half to grab the win.
