For the second week in a row, the Buffalo Bandits stay at No. 1 in the NLL Power Rankings in a unanimous vote amongst Lacrosse All Stars contributors, while Toronto remains a close No. 2.
Both squads had the weekend off.
Rounding out the top 5 in this week’s NLL Power Rankings, No. 3 Georgia fended-off Rochester’s best efforts 15-11, No. 4 New England – on the back of an 11-point performance from Callum Crawford – got the best of Colorado 17-11 and No. 5 Saskatchewan beat the boys from Calgary, Alberta, 15-9.
The only movement this week in the NLL Power Rankings was San Diego jumping Calgary for the No. 6 spot, after the Seals bested Vancouver at home by a score of 13-10. As already noted, No. 8 Colorado, No. 9 Vancouver and No. 10 Rochester all lost, and No. 11 Philadelphia had the weekend off.
Looking ahead, it’s another four-game weekend coming up, with Buffalo playing in Philadelphia on Friday and hosting Georgia on Saturday, while Toronto crosses the plains and visits the Roughnecks at the Saddledome on Saturday night, and Colorado hosts the Seals on Saturday night at the Pepsi Center.
