Oregon is the southern half of the Pacific Northwest's lacrosse corridor. The Portland metro — from Lake Oswego and West Linn through Beaverton and Hillsboro — holds the deepest youth and high school scene, with Eugene, Salem, and Bend growing steadily behind it. The mild wet climate keeps field lacrosse playable most of the year, and the Northwest's box lacrosse current runs through here too, with indoor leagues bridging the winter. Adult leagues and pickup runs are established in Portland, and the state's club programs travel the West Coast tournament circuit.
