2019 PNCLL Division I Preseason Coaches Poll
After capturing the conference championship the last two seasons, Oregon has been tabbed as the favorite to once again take down the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League (PNCLL) in 2019, according to the preseason coaches poll.
The Ducks (7-7) captured just two of the scattered first-place votes, but still managed to clear the rest of the six-team league to take favorite status.
Oregon was the third seed in last year’s PNCLL tournament, but rallied to grab the automatic qualifier to the MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour, where the Ducks faced eventual national champion Michigan State in the first round.
Oregon enters the season with a new head coach, as Charlie Jackson replaces Markus McCaine.
Washington (7-6) also captured two first-place votes, tying them for second with Simon Fraser (9-3) despite the Clansmen being awarded no top votes.
Both No. 4 Oregon State (5-6) and No. 5 Boise State (3-6) grabbed a first-place vote. Idaho (5-4) rounded out the six-team league.

2019 PNCLL Division II Preseason Coaches Poll
It lost in the conference title game last spring, but Montana is the favorite to capture the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League (PNCLL) Division II crown in 2019 according to the preseason coaches poll released on Wednesday.
The Grizzlies (12-4) grabbed five of the 12 first place votes to narrowly edge out defending conference champion College of Idaho (10-3) by a point. The Yotes were awarded six first-place votes.
Gonzaga (4-6) and Western Washington (8-5) tied for third in the 12-team league with 104 points each, although Gonzaga grabbed the final first-place vote.
