The truth of the matter is that the whole notion of mouth guards protecting your head is just that - a notion. Somebody came up with this a very long time ago, and since we are so used to taking what is written for granted, that's what people have believed.

Limestone defeated LIU Post 12-6 for the D2 national title in NCAA Men's Lacrosse today. The game started out tight, but Limestone slowly began to pull away and never looked back. Providence College is currently one of many D1 lacrosse programs working and hoping to make the jump, and we got a great look inside the PC program, to see how they are going about making change and improvements. Tommy Gilligan shot the PC campus and their alumni game (awesome photos below!), and CW got to speak with Head Coach Chris Gabrielli.
