Friday Cheese: Album Of The Week

Now, many of you may be wondering if this is rap or hip hop or even some of that teenie bopper can can stuff, but the answer is no. No, we don’t just listen to Justin Beiber like some other guys out there (you know who you are). When it comes to music, we have what we like to call an eclectic taste. That means we like all kinds of cool music, and we define cool as we please.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Ray LaMontagne and the Pariah Dogs. If you like Van Morrison, you’ll like this. Ray’s most recent album, God Willin’ & The Creek Don’t Rise, is the perfect thing to listen to while trying to relax and bust out homework, emails or hell, maybe even a little creative writing. With a touch of blues and a folk country twang, it quite simply soothes the soul. Take a listen:
