2018 FIL Lacrosse – Day 4 & NEW Day 5 Lines!

More results from the 2018 World Lacrosse Championships means more 2018 FIL Lacrosse Lines! I have a Day 4 Recap, and I provide NEW Day 5 lines. We’ve getting some great games, so let’s see those predictions are panning out so far. As of the end of Day 3, I’ve only gotten one winner wrong, and I’ve picked 10 of 31 games within 2 goals. 30-for-31 on picking winners and around 1/3 of my game scores ending up within 2 goals through 3 days of action is solid.

Stay up to date on TODAY’s lacrosse lines, and all of the daily lines, HERE)

Games where I picked the winner will be highlighted in BOLD. Games where I got the winner wrong will be highlighted in RED. Games where the predicted margin was within 2 goals of the actual margin will have the difference in BOLD as well. The goal is to predict correctly, and provide a margin within 2 goals.

NOTE: I will update this post with the Israel-Russia result, and the final game pairings for Sunday, after the final game of the day has been played.

Saturday Blue Division FIL Lacrosse Lines

USA Vs Australia – USA by 13.5 goals – USA won 19-1, beating the spread.
Iroquois Vs England – IRO by 5.5 goals – Iroquois won 18-7, beating the spread.
Canada Vs Scotland – CAN by 10.5 goals – Canada won 22-3, beating the spread.

Clearly I was hoping for slightly more competitive games in the Blue. Out of the 17 games today, I predicted 17 winners correctly and got SIX predicted game margins within 2 goals.

I’m now 46-47 in picking winners, and have predicted 17 of the 47 game results within 2 goals. Far from perfect, but not too bad. As I keep saying, it only gets more challenging from here!

In terms of winners winning by more or less than predicted, on Days 1 and 2 nine teams went over the predicted margin, and six teams picked to lose covered the spread. On Day 3 ten predicted winners went over the predicted margin, and five predicted losers covered the spread. Today, nine teams went over the predicted goal margin, and 7 teams covered the predicted spread in a loss. Overall that makes for 28 teams going over, and 18 teams covering the predicted gap in goals. Again, not perfect, but solid enough!

NEW DAY 5 LINES & PREDICTIONS!

As the Day 5 schedule comes together, the Day 5 lines also come together. I’ve been slotting in teams and making new predictions, it’s all on the fly, and great challenge and a lot of fun. I’m just trying to be as accurate as I can be, and as you can see above, I’m doing ok so far! I made the lines when Israel was up big on Russia. Assuming that result holds.
