NLL Week 3 Winners
Lyle Thompson
Lyle Thompson is always one of the most exciting players to watch every weekend and against the Toronto Rock this past Friday he really put on a show. He was all over the floor making plays, scoring diving goals, and dished out an assist. With the Swarm down by 1 goal late in the 4th Quarter, Lyle took over the game scoring the game tying goal as well as the game winning goal with less than 30 seconds left in the game. No one was going to stop Lyle Thompson from scoring at the end of that game.

Angus Goodleaf
Goodleaf will finally get his chance to be a starter after being Matt Vinc’s backup in Rochester for the past several years and he proved he’s not just a backup in Rochester’s win on Saturday. He made 50 saves on 59 shots and helped the Knighthawks get their first win of the season.
Callum Crawford
Crawford seems to have finally found a home after bouncing around the past few years from several different teams. He scored 3 spectacular goals and added 3 assists in the Black Wolves first win on the season at home. Crawford should have a huge year and be a scoring machine like he was with Colorado.
Honorable Mentions:
Rob Hellyer
Hellyer had an incredible performance against the Swarm scoring 5 goals and also getting 5 assists.
Shawn Evans
Evans sits alone as the top scorer in the NLL right now and has been dominate in the first 3 games of the season with his most recent 11 point effort helping the Bandits beat Vancouver
Adam Wiedemann
The former Brampton Excelsior scored his first career goal in Toronto in front of family and friends. Also chipped in 3 assists in the Swarm win.
NLL Week 3 Losers
Mitch Jones
Jones had a great night keeping Vancouver in their game against the Bandits scoring 7 points in his first game playing against his former team. However, he decided to challenge Bandit newcomer Bryce Sweeting to a scrap and unfortunately for him Sweeting delivered some nasty right hooks and Jones lost the fight.
