Like everything else good in the world, the Ales Hrebesky Memorial was nixed in 2020 due to COVID-19. Nothing reminds us more than timeline reminders, social posts of buddies sad to not be on a flight, and now me, reminding you of all the good times of yesteryear and beyond.
If you don’t know, the AHM is an international box lacrosse tournament in Radotin, Czech Republic, not far outside Prague. Clubs converge from around the world to play in the ultimate bucket list tournament for any lacrosse lover. It’s non-stop lacrosse, friendship and pivo. Lots and lots of pivo.
Hop in the DeLorean and let’s head back to the world’s most recognizable outdoor box in the greatest little town a person could ask for. The content level and frequency definitely ratchets up through the years, so strap in.
