Rutgers clinches B1G playoff berth with win over Penn State

On April 22nd, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights took on Penn State in a heated conference matchup. The Scarlet Knights were victorious 15-13, clinching a 2016 B1G TEN playoff berth.
