Canada Lacrosse is well known for its offensive prowess, but to overlook their defense would be a mistake. At the Duel in Denver the Canadians came up with a bunch of big plays in their defensive half including some HUGE saves, takeaways and ground balls, and these moments just might have been the game changers!
The video shows just how fast each moment can be in a game of lacrosse between Canada and the US. The action unfolds in fractions of a second and before you know it the play is over and headed the other way. There might not a shot clock in International ball, but who cares? This is some rapid fire action.
