Today on the show we have Mark Millon.
Mark Millon: GameChanger Lacrosse Podcast
Mark is a graduate of UMass where he was a three-time All-American and two-time captain. After college, he played in the NLL with New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Toronto, where he was part of the 2001 NLL championship team.
He was also a two-time gold medal winner for Team USA. This happened once in 1994 — where he was named MVP of the games — and once in 1998.
During his time in the MLL, he garnered awards such as the All-Star game MVP in 2001, the Offensive Player of the Year from 2002 -2003 and was the league MVP in 2005. He also won an MLL Championship in 2003 with the Baltimore Bayhawks.
Mark and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things on this show like using video to improve, leadership, learning from others, technique and fundamentals and much more.
