Pac-12 Hosts Women’s Tournament… Men’s Next?

The inaugural Pac-12 Women’s lacrosse tournament is underway on the campus in CU-Boulder, which is exciting for a couple of reasons.

The first reason is that it’s another opportunity to watch high-level lacrosse. The games are even being televised on the Pac-12 Network, giving fans an opportunity to see some of the best NCAA women’s teams in the country battle for a title. The second reason is that it gives women a great opportunity to continue to be ambassadors for the sport in the West.

A bonus reason could be that it helps raise awareness of how exciting lacrosse is and pave the way for Pac-12 Men’s lacrosse in the future, thus further growing the game. What happens this weekend in Boulder could provide a bit of foreshadowing!
