The Brine Lacrosse Guide Almanac!

Good ol’ @Reg_Hartner, always worth a follow on twitter?  Why?  Well, other than the fact the he loves lax, knows all about the Old School lacrosse world and tweets interesting photos… he’s also a great guy!

Last night Reg got many of us thinking back to our Glory Days (or for those of us in our 30s, our First Days) of lacrosse with his tweeted photos of the Brine Lacrosse Guide Almanac.  It’s a classic little booklet and for those of you who have only lived in an internet age, this is how people used to learn about new lax gear.  So you’re saying there was a time when the internet didn’t exist? Yes, I am.

  1. This is an awsome find by Reg Hartner who as you said is a must follow on twitter. The thing that intrigues me the most is what looks like shin guards for goalies. I don’t remember any goalies ever wearing shin guards. Anyone ever seen that?

Also the foam dipped shoulder pad liners were the best. I wore those through my junior year in college when they couldn’t be held together with athletic tape anymore.
