Video: The Basics Of Face Offs With Dom DeNapoli

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the basics of taking a face off in lacrosse, this video should be a huge help. Dom gives you a bunch of things to try as a beginner. Now, to become great, it’s going to take some practice!

Dom DeNapoli is an assistant coach with St. John’s University in Queens, but before joining the staff, Dom was on the SJU team, and as a Senior in 2009, he led the country with 8.5 ground balls per game. Dom was a terror in between the lines, and won his fair share of face offs with a longstick as well, taking most of SJU’s draws.
