Lance Gibson strung up a super clean 6-diamond traditional pocket in a brand new Brine Clutch Elite, sent the photos in, and even referred to it as a “Connor Pocket” because he used a tear drop top string. I am honored that anyone would name their traditional work after me, but when a stringer of Lance’s quality does it? It’s a pure compliment!
Do you have a traditional pocket that you love, but you worry that you will someday break the plastic head that it is in? And do you not use the traditional because of the 100% rational fear? With Connor up in Syracuse prepping his own traditional wand for a game tonight with Team LAS against the Syracuse Stingers, I offered to take over this week’s Traditional Thursday post with a reader’s submission and my own Pita Pocket that I have been working on lately.
