Alphabetical 2014 NCAA D1 Preview: Vermont

The NCAA D1 season is now underway! During the first couple of weeks of lacrosse season we’ll be finishing up the Alphabetical 2014 NCAA D1 Previews! Like last year, we are going through all of the D1 men’s teams for 2014 (there are 67 this year!) and we are now moving on to the Vermont Catamounts, located in Burlington, VT, where the mountains are green, and the cats are named Rally!

Fall Ball Video: Vermont Vs Holy Cross

More excellent fall ball highlights out of Vermont? You know it. First we had UVM vs the Hill Academy, then we got UVM vs Bishop’s (Canada), and now we get Vermont vs Holy Cross. I’ll take it any day of the week.

USA Vs. Canada: College Edition

The University of Vermont invited Bishop’s University down from Canada for a fall ball game that took place on UVM’s homecoming weekend. Bishop’s is located in Lennoxville, Quebec, and is a member of CUFLA (the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association). It is about 2 and a half hours from Lennoxville to Burlington, VT.

Fall Video: Vermont Vs The Hill Academy

The University of Vermont (UVM) hosts a scrimmage with some of the older Hill Academy (a private Toronto, Canada high school) players and a fun, up and down game ensues.

Pro-Am Mountain Jam: It’s Bitter Time!

The tourney runs from June 22-23rd in Stowe, VT. There will be a men’s open, Elite, and SuperMasters tournaments going on all weekend. The term Pro-Am refers to the talent level of the event. Not quite pro, but definitely not amateur.
