I’m a firm believer in the fact that Twitter has helped #GrowTheGame of lacrosse. You can interact with fans across the world, you can follow games that you can’t watch on TV or in person, and you can find tons of links to learn and improve your game. Tom Peace of TopLaxRecruits.com agrees.

The NLL kicked off last weekend, and although Colorado dropped their home opener, they were making big waves online. Trendsmap, a website that monitors what’s trending on Twitter in different cities, tweeted that “Mammoth” was trending in Denver during the game against Edmonton.
