NCAA Opening Round Rundown + Stat Freaks!
With so few games, we’re going to cram a bunch of items from this past weekend of NCAA action into one post. So let’s take a look! Stat Freaks included.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 13
This week brings us to our final NCAA D1 Stat Freaks of the regular season. I’ll still keep track of this going through the NCAA tournament, and as things slim down, I’ll start including D2 and D3 for fun as well.
Stat Freaks – Week 12
This week’s Stat Freaks was a season low, which isn’t too much of a shock as schedules are now starting to lighten up a little bit. Only 34 names in total made the list this time around, and of those 12 of them were newcomers. This is also the time of year where big performances tend to be really big.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 9
This week, we have 49 names on the D1 stat freaks list, just one fewer than last week. But even this late in the season, we’re getting new additions, including 18 first timers for this week.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 8
While this week in D1 stat freaks did drop off a little bit in terms of total number of performances (50, the lowest since Week 2’s 43), there were still 22 new names being added to the list.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 7
What a week it was! There were some big time performances that have the opportunity to turn around the season for some teams. There were 27 new additions to the old 2018 Stat Freaks roster.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 6
This was a huge week for the old state freaks. Offense and faceoffs really dominated in a way that we haven’t been seeing recently. Well, faceoffs are always strong, but there were some angry players on offense this week.
NCAA D1 Stat Freaks – Week 5
Stat Freaks was a section in the weekly D1 Rundown. But “Freaks” has turned into one of the more popular features, so we broke it out into its own post. Stat Freaks is all about capturing any individual player in any D1 game who really made a significant effort when it comes to the numbers.
