USA Women Dominate FIL World Lacrosse Championships
The US Women’s Lacrosse Team has claimed it seventh world title with a 19-5 win over Canada in the finals of the tournament, which has held in Oshawa, Ontario. The US was up 14-2 at the half and cruised to victory in the second, still outscoring their opponents 5-3. This is the ninth international tournament, and the ninth finals appearance the US women have made.
